Originally an iconic Hawke’s Bay Bar named the Cri, this project involved the complete fit-out of an existing outdated commercial building into a unique, modern city bar and eatery.
This included the demolition of existing walls, renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms, development of a commercial bar and outdoor dining area, concrete floor polishing and installation of commercial air conditioning.
Our team’s attention to detailed tiling and masonry craftsmanship ensured the new bar and eatery captivated the public, swiftly becoming the go-to destination. Additional features included artisan-crafted tabletop tiling, a striking cork feature wall, industrial exposed walls, elegant splash backs, eye-catching pendants and LED lighting, as well as tastefully exposed stylish HVAC systems.
