Built in 1922 and withstanding the Napier 1931 earthquake, Napier’s Public Trust Office is an iconic heritage building that now serves as a functional office space.
We were contracted to refurbish this stunning commercial building, which involved the removal of existing walls, installation of privacy glass, hard wearing carpet tiles, internal and external lighting, and full kitchen and bathroom renovation across two floors, ensuring the original art deco character of the building remained untouched. Comprehensive coloured LED lighting was installed on the face of the building and in underneath recesses to bring an exciting element to the nightlife of Napier CBD.
