With surplus space in an existing Thai restaurant, the owners obtained building consent to turn approximately 25sqm of unused space into a café. In liaison with the café operator, the small area was redesigned into a modern, simplistic coffee shop.
The project team worked closely with the Body Corporate and Thai restaurant operator to ensure everyone’s best interests were looked after throughout the process.
